DCA Summer Termination Program

Are you having trouble paying your sewer and water bills?
If the answer is yes, you may be able to temporarily stop your service from being disconnected through the State’s Summer Termination Program.

The M.U.A has adopted the DCA’s Summer Termination Program (STP), preventing service disconnection for eligible residential customers in Pompton Lakes from June 15 – August 31. To check your eligibility, please complete and submit the required forms below:

Important: While STP prevents service shutoffs from June 15 to August 31, customers remain responsible for their accumulated utility bills. Participants are strongly encouraged to make good-faith payments based on their ability to pay throughout the summer to avoid large overdue balances when the protection period ends on August 31.
