DCA Winter Termination Program

the State’s Winter Termination Program.
The M.U.A has adopted the DCA’s Winter Termination Program (WTP) (N.J.A.C. 5:45) preventing service disconnection for eligible residential customers in Pompton Lakes from November 15, 2024, through March 15, 2025. To check your eligibility please complete and submit the required forms below:
